Advocate Saulat Bari Khan
CEO and Chairman
Saulat Bari & Co. has guided individuals, firms and companies through income tax, sales tax and corporate compliance since 1990, with a record built on precision and discretion before the Federal Board of Revenue.
We founded this firm in 1990 under the late Advocate Muhammad Abdul Bari Khan, a senior lawyer of the Supreme Court of Pakistan who also served as a judge. Today we are led by Advocate Saulat Bari Khan as CEO and Chairman, alongside Muhammad Umer Khan as Executive Director.
We work with clients across Pakistan and with overseas Pakistanis, and every matter we handle is kept strictly confidential, so you can trust us with your tax and legal affairs from start to finish.
A senior lawyer of the Supreme Court of Pakistan who also served as a judge, he founded the firm in 1990 and laid the foundation for its reputation in tax and legal practice.
An income tax lawyer, practitioner and advocate, he now leads the firm as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, carrying forward his father's practice across tax and legal matters.
Son of Advocate Saulat Bari Khan, he holds a Masters degree and works as an income tax practitioner and Executive Director of the firm alongside his father.
An Advocate of the High Court, he serves as the firm's consulting legal advisor on taxation matters, lending his expertise to clients on complex tax and legal questions.
Our clients range from salaried individuals filing annual returns to registered firms and companies navigating audits, appeals and incorporation. Every matter, however routine or complex, is handled directly and discreetly, before the same FBR officials, tribunals and courts the firm has appeared before since 1990.
Though based in Karachi, we regularly act for clients across Pakistan, with WhatsApp and email keeping every stage of a case within easy reach.
